As a ​mental health coach I help clients manage emotions, challenge​ negative thinking patterns, improve relationship skills, and reduce stress and anxiety.  I offer group sessions and individual. 

Wellness and Life Coaching 

Here I help individuals assess their current spiritual, physical and emotional state; and help them set goals for what they want to achieve in their overall mental wellness and health by working with them on plans of action to reach these goal. I provide ongoing support, accountability and guidance to help individuals make lifestyle adjustments that will improve health, weight, overall well-being and fulfilling life filled with joy, peace, love, patience, self-control, kindness, and faith.
